Sound familiar? Yep, that used to be us too. Now that we have a studio space, we are happy to offer it for rent to fellow small business owners who are moving on up.
THE AREA
We are located on the main floor of 6020 Southwest Ave in the Clifton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis City. Clifton Heights is a quiet, walkable neighborhood that is centrally located to both the I-64 and I-44 corridors, with easy access to both Missouri and Illinois. The studio is walking distance from 7/11 and Pint Size Bakery, and a very short drive to all the fun stuff on the Hill. It is a safe location to work in at any hour of the day or night.

Back parking pad with a ramp to the back door- no stairs! You can back that UHaul up almost all the way to the back door!
Fully equipped kitchen & 1 bathroom
Access to our rental inventory- candles, vases, and more
For an additional fee we can help you with your event, providing anything from floral design help, ordering help, and/or moral support :D
RATES
$80/day or $400 for the full Mon-Sun week
Option to rent the upstairs AirBNB at a discounted rate (subject to availability)
